Most wellington boot manufacturers recommend that you go a size up and wear them with a pair of think socks, With Grubs Boots this is NOT the case!
are designed to be true to size, to avoid having to return your boots for a size change we recommend that you order your regular shoe size.
Standard U.K. sizes for men and women (unisex sizing). Boots and shoes are available in whole sizes only but will stretch to fit half sizes. There is a 15mm toe allowance built into the sizing. Grubs Boots are made to standard widths, but the materials will stretch comfortably to fit widths up to a EEEE. For narrow feet, we suggest wearing a thicker sock or putting in an additional footbed to take up room.
Over the years we have tried numerous different pairs across the range to find ourselves that this advice is accurate. Owner 'Drew' at is a size 9 in regular and outdoor footwear and has found Grubs to be true to size.
Lauren our assistant manager is a size 6 in regular footwear and has tested most of the Grubs women's lifestyle and equestrian models and also finds the size 6 throughout the ranges she has tried are accurate
